Don't hold back and let the emotions flow in this intuitive expression of creativity! You will be guided to go deep and channel your emotions to create a totally unique abstract painting. Throw, splat, splash & scrape the paints until you're ready to stop. It's an outlet like no other and one not to be missed! We would advise for you to booking in advance to ensure you get a spot. Sessions will run continuously throughout the day with sessions beginning at 9am. We would advise you to come to the art play area to let us know that you are booked in so that we can tell you your approximate wait time. If there is space in the area we will let you in immediately. There will be a short introduction and then you will be self guided so feel free to bring headphones to hone in on your own self in the moment. Please wear clothes that can get paint on them - acrylic paint does not come out of clothing easily.

Let your creativity shine at our Souful Shores Festival! We will be creating abstract paintings with a twist - we'll tell you on the day! All you need to know is that our art play area will be set up for children (and adults if you feel called to) to play with art materiasl to create something completely unique to them. Adults will need to stay with children, so why not join in too? We advise booking this activity in advance as the area can get very busy. We can't wait to welcome your to our world of creativity and mindfulness.
